Helpful staff and if you are a member you can collect points which build up. I got to cash in points to save $20 on my purchase. Big variety of products and good prices as well

Having just got a new puppy, we have been to many pet stores together and have been unimpressed with them all. However, the experience here was amazing, the staff were happy and helpful and what a welcoming environment. Best service we have had! Thank you

 Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.  Range of products is very good.  Prices on some items are good, on others they’ll price match other shops.

Freya loves her toys and don't get me started on her favorite healthy natural treats, the goat's horns filled with dried kangaroo mince, you can see theirs a little skin taken off just under her nose from constantly digging them up for a chew then burying them again unless we are watching  of course then she'll wait for us to leave and burying them somewhere else Freya means business when it comes to her stuff from here!

Always service with a smile and have our favourite cat food regularly stocked.  Great rewards point system too
