Great friendly place to shop. Clean, well stocked with amazing products for our pets. Customer service at THE highest standard. Product range amazing with prices for all budgets on stock. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience for myself and my pets.
I'm not sure about Pet Barn Burnie. I go there to buy Good quality dog food but I search on line to see if it's cheaper as they do price matching. Buy when I do this I feel like I'm incontinence them that they think im ripping them off. I don't get a receipt last two times when I add it up on prices that they priced matched when I get home it's always $20/40 to more then it should be. I'm going to give them another chance and ask for receipt this time as both me and my partner have both walked away and said that was more then it should of been. I did go back in the first time this happened but they couldn't bring my purchase. So I walked away.
Our dog loves this store and gets excited because he knows where he is going. He enjoys visiting the store because he knows he will either get treats or a new toy !
Pet barn Burnie have wonderful staff always friendly and helpful. Shelly and crew do a great job.
Staff very helpful, they loaded the Ute for me If you have pats go see them plenty variety food toys and all the goodies you need to spoil your pet's.
Friendly employees, always a nicely kept store. As always, petbarn is just a bit too pricey unfortunately.
