Small pet shop, very expensive compared with others, but needed to get supplies quickly and didn't have time to go elsewhere. Got what wanted, but far more expensive that elsewhere.
I took my 3 month old Lottie for Puppy Hour in Crawley and I can honestly say this was the best way to socialize at this age. She absolutely loved going there on Saturdays and play with other puppies. Every staff member was amazing and we received the highest quality of service in the shop as well with 10% off. I would definitely recommend!
I've been here a few times and it's such a great experience, staff are knowledgeable always helpful and awesome, this is a great store with a lot of things for all your pets needs, very welcoming and highly recommend.
Best shop to use for pet supplies. Laura and the rest of the staff in the store are always helpful, knowledgeable about most questions I have and always happy to talk pets which is a plus. Always stocked, clean and easy to find the things you're looking for and if you can't always someone on hand to ask for help.
The main reason it didn't get 5 stars is because I can't get my favourite chinchilla food, small and great
This is the best pet shop in Crawley in my opinion. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Daniel is particularly helpful when it comes to advice regarding our new puppy.
This is easily the best pet store in the area! Daniel is extremely helpful and we've had fantastic puppy and kitten advice over the last few years. Would highly recommend!
Excellent selection of various domestic pet products..not just dogs as you might of thought. Lovely friendly staff as well.
