Took the cats here for very overdue boosters as they have to go into the cattery facility shortly... Philippa was a lovely vet. Discussed everything, very gentle with the scared babies as she did a thorough exam, and didn't lecture me about how long it had been since their last vaccinations. And the price wasn't as bad as I was expecting...
So impressed with this clinic I had to write a review! The vet Phillipa was the best vet we’ve ever met; she didn’t shame us for not having regular visits and took such good care of our 16yr old cat, instantly giving her a quick kiss on the head to make her feel at ease and you could genuinly tell she cared about this animal she just met 60 seconds ago. Victoria also gave us excellent service; when we initially called she didn’t think we were silly for wanting an urgent appointment and put us at ease. When we came in store at the appointment time, she greeted us with our cats name remembering it from the phone call. Immediately gave us a blanket to cover the cat cage and make our cat comfortable. We asked several additional questions about medication and extra advice, and didn’t make us feel extra. It really make the difference to some nervous cat parents. THANK YOU.
Super RIP OFF MERCHANTS. One product in their store 'my beau' price tag $50.99 , over the road at pet stock its $30 . Makes me wonder what else has massive mark ups , probably smarter just not to shop there at all with that kind of mark up strategy.

We come here for my two cats. This Animates branch has a great selection of pet products such as food, toy, accessaries etc. There is a vet clinic and dog wash station on site. The staff are knowledgeable and super helpful.
Worst lazy customer service ever...stand around and then offer you help after I've filled and carried the heavy kitty litter bucket what is wrong with them? Never received any vouchers and I've spent alot here seems you're only rewarded if you have a dog.
An amazing experience. The customer service is just fantastic. We had a product that did not fit to our dog. They have been so understanding so professional and finding the right product for our dog. The girl who served us was the best I came across recently. She had so much patience and knowledge. We will definitely going to come back.
Always helpful. And remember our dog's name! Vet is good with our anxious dog. Repeat food plan good value. It's s busy place on weekends for self-serve dog wash.
DISGUSTING treatment, DANGEROUS cheap products They sold me a cat play toy which came apart and choked my cat see photo, BE WARNED. The feather 'tail' just comes off in the cat's mouth. When I asked their vet for help they got snarky and refused to help or discuss the issue. BE CAREFUL OF THEIR PRODUCTS they are unsafe, over-priced, cheaply made and DANGEROUS. Staff are very young, inexperienced, and rude if you have a problem. I'd give them MINUS stars if I could.
