Good service. Friendly and patience. Car was in good condition. However, take note that if you scratch the car, which had happened to the rented car I had, the cost is huge. I discovered a peeled paint about 5mm circle size at the front boot and $150 was quoted to do the repainting. I was told that cost of manpower in Perth is very expensive. She then gave a discount and reduce it to $80. Still, it is costly to me. Generally, the traffic in Perth is pretty safe. On hindsight, I felt that I should not have paid for the extra money to reduce the cost if I got into trouble with the car.

An absolutely disgraceful company ran by blatant liars. The owner and his daughter told me and my family they needed two licenses for each of the cars we were renting. When we asked the owner who's license he needed, he replied, "It doesn't matter who drives, we just need two licenses for the paperwork". During the course of my family renting the cars, one was involved in scraping the rear of a woman's car. We paid the $110 excess to Perth Rent A Car and they happily sent us on our way. However a few weeks later we were contacted by the woman's insurer and demanded we pay for her excess. When we contacted the Rent A Car company they denied any liability and claimed because the family member involved wasn't one of the people who's license had been nominated to drive, they were not covering the cost. When we recanted what myself and six other people heard them say they denied ever saying it and were extremely rude and aggressive. These people are dodgey, morally corrupt and beyond unprofessional. Highly don't recommend. In regards to the owner's response, there was no "misunderstanding". We were told anyone could drive the cars. What you need to apologise for is for lying and being deceptive. I also fail to see the relevance in bringing up giving us a car too small to fit seven people with luggage so you gave us another car and charged us for it. That's just you doing the basics of your job. I also have proof you were informed of the incident within 24 hours. I fail to see how that is not informing you within reasonable time period. These people disregard their own fine print when it comes to making money. Pay a bit extra and go with a car company that you can trust to do the right thing.

Excellent experience. Picked-up and dropped off at the airport after hours with no hassles by a friendly staff member. The car I drove was virtually new and performed well. Full refund received despite the car needing a wash after staying in the Hills area of Perth.

Fantastic service: after-hour pick-up hassle free, friendly staff and smooth hand-over. The car was basically brand new. Great experience, would recommend rent-a-car Belmont above any famous name car rental.

Excellent service, amazing value for money, fast pickup from airport and great car! While I'm a Hertz Five Star, Europcar Gold and Sixt Gold member, this has been one of my best experiences.
