Unfortunately as a paraplegic I am required to be on the first floor which only has access from the lift. On every occasion I have had to sit and wait for a lift with enough room for people in wheelchairs to get into, they are always full of able body people. Out of the three lifts one should be kept only for those in wheelchairs so they can access their seats the same as everyone else. Good help us if the is ever a fire. Oh, during the basketball session I am there just about every week.

Great facilities, clean, week laid out. The drinks and food are very expensive but I think you expect that at these types of locations. They seem to manage a good line up of acts. Parking is easy with a few options nearby. Very cool when the roof is off during the tennis.

I think the venue is great. I think they should have gone for the old fashion urinals as u can fit more people through quickly. The new style ones are more private but don't handle everyone at once. If there was a 4.9 star that would be my rating

as far as big event venues go, this is pretty daimn awesome! So easy to get around, plenty of amenities, and the food isn't ridiculously priced. best of all is the audio quality, truly amazing! Oh yeah, getting out of the place after the show isn't a claustrophobic nightmare either, all flows really well.

Parking nearby, easy to move around in, nice staff, clean building. Food and beverage choices a bit limited and overpriced but no more than anywhere else. The event we went to had banned bags larger than "A4" size which was pretty annoying.
