Initially we had a lot of issues. Car wasn't what was promised. But we've been able to talk with them and everything's been sorted out. And they loaned us a replacement car while they did. Staff are generally very friendly and inviting. Would definitely recommend going here if only for that. Might suggest getting everything in writing, or potentially recording conversations. Just to make things clear in case there are any issues. But that's just standard for all car salesmen in my opinion. At least these guys resolved our issues and left us feeling very with out purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Dealt with the used car department and found them to be very sales oriented with their after sales support very poor. Once you are out of the door with the purchase, it's almost like they do not care. As part of the deal, I was offered car wash vouchers for a peruod of 3 years. I literally have to chase everytime to get these and in the previous instance I got them 4 months late. If that was not poor enough, it became even worse and this time around they are not even handing them out. Why promise on something you cannot deliver? It almost seems that they don't care for you to return to them for your next purchase with this sort of an attitude.

We just purchased a new kluger at pennant Hills Toyota. We have had nothing but fantastic customer service and a great experience a big thank you to Derek the salesperson. Who sold us the car. He was absolutely fantastic.

Went to get my car repaired as it had hail damage-right from the start the customer service was a joke-no communication, no updates, it took over 2 weeks when they said 5 days and thats after I had to wait two months just to get in. I had no idea who i was dealing with and it was a different person every time so I had to remind them of the job details. Are you guys serious? You can't keep track of a simple repair job? Unless I range them they never bothered to call back. Terrible experience-will never use their company again. I told my insurance company that they are awful so do your selves a favour and don't go there-their whole company needs a kick up the back side to shake off their inflexible structure of poor customer service, no communication and high costs!

Just love their customer service..! They are very polite and patient. The lady who took my car for repairs at the panel shop has walked me to the busstop which she doesn't need to do. They are the best.
