Not the best with customer service, they're a bit rude instead of speaking with manners, when you need something fixed it takes a long time to be attended to. I hope they improve on those things so they could get great reviews.

Happy to recommend Peake Real Estate to anyone looking for a great property manager. Had dealings with Kim Williams and can not speak highly enough of her. Have dealt with a number of other agents in the past and Peake is definitely the bet by far.

The most terrible rental experience I have ever had. Every experience with Kim Williams was frustrating. No accountability for errors, just blamed tenant, owner, co-workers, or anyone other than herself. Will go out of my way to avoid dealing with Peake again.

Cant say enough about the friendly staff especially John who was so helpful. I had never purchased a house by myself and John was always there for me with support and advice. Made the whole process so easy. I just love my new house. Thank you to everyone at Peake real estate.
