I used Barry as a Buyer's Advocate in 2015 for a commercial property we purchased at auction. Barry researched comparable sales prior to the auction and advised the current market value so we knew how much we were comfortable bidding up to. He also attended the auction and bid for us. In the end we were successful and we paid well under what we were willing to pay. 

In 2017 we sold our home through Barry. He provided a realistic selling price and we had buyers making offers after the first day. While we wanted to take the first offer, Barry suggested we wait as he thought we could get more... and sure enough... 2 weeks later we sold for $50K more than expected. 

It's also worth mentioning how accomodating Barry was during the 3 weeks it was on the market. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs... so arranging inspections took a lot of coordinating... and Barry was fantastic. 

I have also referred clients to Barry and he's worked wonders for them too.

If you're looking to purchase a commercial or residential property you need to have someone with Barry's wealth of experience your side.

My partner and myself want to thank the team at Just Real Estate for there help and support of buying our first home. Steve has taken so much care and express genuine happiness for us which is definitely more than your typical agent. He's been very accomadating and I don't think we would have our new home if it wasn't for him and his excellent communication.

    We are sending this Thank You for your services and the great work of Steve Kustreba, as our house in Narre Warren has just settled.
    This is the third property that Steve has successfully sold for us and the third to receive more than our expected reserve price.
    Steve gave us invaluable advice in preparing the properties for sale, his honesty of fully disclosing his ideas, processes and area comparisons was very professional and accurate.
    Two of these properties sold before full advertising was even completed, the last in only four days, Steve gave us daily updates and reports on his progress and meetings with perspective buyers and on the sale negotiations and progression.
