Had a great experience with team of OBrien real estate during my first home purchase journey. Marc was extremely helpful in accommodating in arranging private inspection and providing all required information and making the deal happen on my anniversary day. Highly recommend Rachael Davidson… I was looking for a property and Rachael was extremely  helpful  in very friendly and kind manner to achieve my requirement quickly. She is also proactive and arranged all the relevant procedures with my property less than two days. She is very energetic, professional, and reliable agent which is absolutely wonderful to work with. Our property manager Ben Fu is a great person to work with. Since taking over our tenancy he was always contactable and follows up all situations efficiently. We recently had to move and Ben was so helpful and gave us all information required to make the move go so smoothly. He also advised other O'Brien offices to keep a watch out for us. Can't go wrong with Ben looking after owners or renters.

Both Rachel and Hayley from the rental department have been professional and quick to respond with any correspondence. Our house was rented quite quickly and they ensured our requirements were fulfilled when choosing the right tenant. The set up online was done same night the video and pictures were taken. The whole process was efficient and seamless. Thank you

Ben Fu, our property manager has been a delight to work with from the start. Ben took over our management of our last rental and reached out straight away to ensure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. We could already tell that Ben and O'Brien RL was a step up from our previous Property Managers at another agency. Ben also helped us move into a new property once our lease was up and made the transition very easy and simple for myself and my partner.
