I had the privilege to live in a leased property managed by Karen Neil and team. The leasing process was very streamlined and straightforward. It was my pleasure working with Karen Neil who is well experienced in her profession. I found her to be empathetic to our situation and needs at various points during our lease agreement. All property maintenance requests were promptly addressed. Karen and team were nice and easy to deal with. I had the absolute pleasure of renting through Neilson Partners Berwick, and having Karen Neil as our property manager. The team at First National Berwick are prompt and committed to tenant and landlord satisfaction. They ensure that repairs are prompt and timely so that tenants are not left inconvenienced whilst also ensuring proper written communication for all appropriate topics.  To any perspective tenants you will be treated very well by the team at Neilson Partners Berwick.

Have had Karen as our property manager for 1.5 years now and couldn’t be happier with the level of service she and all the team provide.  Any issues were taken care of in a very prompt and professional manner and we were kept in the loop the whole time. Would highly recommend!

Such a joy and easy Real estate to rent from. Karen and the team are so friendly and helpful. Was the simplest rental transaction and the house was very clean and good condition for move in.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at first National their application process, inspection’s, maintenance requests are all seamless and handled with care and speed.  As a renter you can hear about some horror stories with other realestates but I can say not once have I had a bad experience with First National and every member of staff we have spoken with and dealt with over the 3 years we rented from here have been so friendly and professional, Rebecca Lawson in particular has been fantastic in assisting us with the end of our tenancy and we truly appreciate all her hard work  I just wanted to acknowledge that you all do a wonderful job and that deserves to be shared  Thank you again

I have dealt with Rebecca here at first national. She is by far the best property manger I have ever dealt with. She is extremely experienced and also extremely prompt with all enquires. Considering the high pressure job of a property manager I don’t know how she Is always one step ahead. This real estate company in particular it’s rental management team are the most incompetent team of individuals I have had the displeasure in dealing with lAs a 3 time property  owner I have had extensive dealings with several real estate agents/agencies over the years and the level of unprofessionalism emanating from first national  Berwick branch is at the lowest end of the spectrum. From very menial tasks of returning a phone call to a simple request of informing us as to whether we could be given an answer at a reasonable time if we were the successful applicants for a rental they constantly failed to heed anything that we requested . I attended an open inspection on a Saturday morning and the person who was in attendance requested we take off our shoes prior to entering the house. Whilst I have no issue with this whatsoever what I did take umbrage with was rather than tell myself and several others who were in attendance to perhaps take our shoes of in the front porch or at the doorway entrance we basically had to remove our shoes where we stood. In this instance myself and a lady who was in attendance took our shoes off in the driveway and walked from the driveway in to the front door bare foot . So much for walking in to the house with clean feet. We were told to present some ID which we clearly accepted .as part of our application. I didn’t on the original application. But on a Sunday of all days I emailed them out. Two days later I received an automated email from the managing agent who wait for this was on a weeks leave stating that my application was unsuccessful because they did not have my iD documents. When I rang they said not to worry that I could re apply if I email those documents again. What an absolute disgrace . We were so glad our application was unsuccessful and that we were able to move in to our own renovated house given my wife was able to teach one day less and not be stuck in traffic commuting every day to work given the distance of our home to her work place We can only imagine how terrible it would have been had we had to answer to them as managing agents of the rental property.

Karen has been more than accommodating and super helpful to my partner and myself through our rental process! 10/10 customer service! Thanks Karen :
