Have had Barry looking after my propery thats tenanted out for over 3 years. I cannot say enough for how great Barry has been. He is always accessible, gives you priority, finds the best tenants and looks after your propery. Has great communication and always keeps you up to date. Huge peace of mind!!

After a lengthy search for a reputable estate agent in the South East, we found and engaged Barry at Just Real Estate to list our home for sale. We leant on his years of experience to prepare and market the property; it was on the market for a day and sold for well over the asking price. We found Barry to be a consummate professional in every dealing - always approachable and communicative - traits which are hard to come by in an agent these days. We could not recommend him or JRE highly enough, and look forward to working together again soon.

I used Barry as a Buyer's Advocate in 2015 for a commercial property we purchased at auction. Barry researched comparable sales prior to the auction and advised the current market value so we knew how much we were comfortable bidding up to. He also attended the auction and bid for us. In the end we were successful and we paid well under what we were willing to pay.  In 2017 we sold our home through Barry. He provided a realistic selling price and we had buyers making offers after the first day. While we wanted to take the first offer, Barry suggested we wait as he thought we could get more... and sure enough... 2 weeks later we sold for $50K more than expected.  It's also worth mentioning how accomodating Barry was during the 3 weeks it was on the market. We have 3 kids and 2 dogs... so arranging inspections took a lot of coordinating... and Barry was fantastic.  I have also referred clients to Barry and he's worked wonders for them too.  If you're looking to purchase a commercial or residential property you need to have someone with Barry's wealth of experience your side.
