Customer Service, Knowledge, Professionalism, Value  I dealt with Gall when I wanted to lease out my recently purchased investment property. She guided me with all aspects of leasing including the accurate weekly rent. Gail and her team were able to find a good tenant within a week. I am so impressed with their customer service, the current market knowledge, and the professionalism that they demonstrated through out the leasing process. No doubt, they are a very valuable team.

Having just had the experience of looking for a new rental home, we have dealt with quite a few Real Estate Agencies and the team at O'Brien in Narre Warren have been exceptional. They have been in regular contact and actually answer a phone when you ring them. I met Josh on my first home open with this Agency and he was very polite, professional and pleasant. My husband met with another of the agents and also mentioned the same attitude to him. Dealing with Renee at this agency has been a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend the team for anyone looking for a rental.

I've had the please of having Stacey Allen manage my property in Endeavour Hills and she has done a wonderful job over the past year and a bit. I don't have to worry about anything and she even answers my calls on weekends when the tenant has an issue. Would be happy to have her manage any future investment properties that may present.

I was very impressed with Kaitlyn's professionalism and prompt assistance with the renewal of our Tenants Rental Contract. We needed documentation for an Application and she was very quick to assist and get contract signed. She has a lovely nature and always willing to assist with any concerns or queries we have.
