Peach cars, great to deal with at first. Happy to have repairs done to the vehicle that may be needed or wanted. Fair priced for vehicles they are. However... definitely not happy, that I get phone calls, following up on a test drive. Harassing customers trying to push for a sale. That's one way to lose customers. If a customer wants a vehicle, they'll tell you so. When a customer has mentioned that they're just looking, and looking for the perfect car to purchase, you dont go making 3 phone calls a week, wanting to push for the sale. If you've made up your mind on a vehicle they have for sale, go right ahead. They want your money asap. If you're looking for the right car, and want to get a straight car for the money. If you need to take a few weeks to make a choice, or find that right car. STAY CLEAR!!! NOTE: Divina, the purpose of listing a phone number on the test drive forms are not for follow ups. A number is provided to you, for if anything went/goes wrong related to the test drive. DO NOT USE NUMBERS FOR FOLLOW UPS UNLESS YOU HAVE CUSTOMER PERMISSION TO DO SO!!!
We have bought a Suzuki Swift on finance. After a few weeks we have reported squeaky brakes asked for a service as it was still within the three months warrant period. I have told the seller that I believe that the brake pads should be replaced. Five days later the agent called me with the info that it has been fixed. When I went to pick up the car he told me that they didn't replace any parts just cleaned the discs. The day after it was squeaking again. When I called the agent again he was telling me that the new parts need time and call him back after one week. As a professional they should know that with brakes and steering you don't want to "be on thin ice". We have lost our confidence in them. I wouldn't recommend anyone this company.

Good experience with Peach cars! We found the reverse camera not very clear when we decide to buy the car, they agreed to replace another camera and finally they found the new camera can't connect with the old stereo, they just replaced a new stereo for us without any argument, very happy with the purchase!
Very happy with the purchase, good service all-round, kept us posted and the car was cleaned again before we pick it up. will definitely buy from peach cars again!
