Buying a caravan from Best Caravan was an overall great experience. They kept promises, delivered a quality caravan and had a professional and super friendly crew of staff. I can definitely recommend buying a van of these guys.
A great place we got our caravan from them and the service was awesome
We had a lovely afternoon chatting to Danny about all things camping and caravans. We were quite taken with one caravan in particular. Naturally, as buyers in the market about to shell out approximately 42k, we had others to look at and wanted to get the best deal for our investment. When we asked if there was any flexibility on the price for the caravan we were keen on, Danny became quite snarky and suggested we "go and buy his brother's caravan", which was also for sale, and one we had looked at. To be so rude to a potential customer was very unprofessional and poor form for a business. This was hugely disappointing as we always thought highly of Best Caravans, but now we are just pleased to have not spent our money there.
Very helpful and informative. Great range of caravans on order that you were able to see and put deposit on. Only the English caravans. For the price of a campervan you could get a lovely caravan plus car and have money left over.
Great selection and presentation of caravans in good tidy order. Friendly staff who are there if you need them but let you browse round the caravans and have a good look. Will certainly highly consider purchasing from them if I decide to buy

Had a phone call with the team around some advice for my caravan. They didn't just give me the quote, they explained and discussed with me about how it could be fixed and understood where I was coming from. Thanks team!
After searching many caravan yards, we found Best Caravans to have extremely tidy and clean stock. Cameron, whom we dealt with, was terrific, his knowledge and parting of that knowledge was the best around and the aftermarket service has been excellent.
If you are interested in getting a caravan, these guys are the best.
