Forget all the nice Tina from turners garbage. These guys are no better than any dodgy car sales yard. I made a verbal intention to Tony Yiu to buy one of their cars and said I will call soon. In the the time it took me to go sort funds he went and sold it without so much as a courtesy call to see where I was at with it. There's more honor when buying from market place.
The perfect place to look for a good used vehicle. The team here is extremely efficient and friendly! Jacky Sun processed my online finance application within a day! I came in and Rob Burns was exactly the kind of salesman you hope you’ll find- friendly and honest.nnWe picked up a Hybrid Prius at a very reasonable price. Rob organized for the stereo to be replaced with an updated, English model and we drove away with our new car all within 48 hours of our application.nnI highly recommend these guys! A lovely experience in every regard! nnThanks Turners!
Took my car here to go through auction as I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of selling privately due to time wasters. They messed up the auction the first time as it didn’t have any photos or description so went through again for free. After the car sold through auction the car apparently misfired when the buyer came to collect and then apparently the transmission had a jolt so the buyer pulled out of the sale when i dropped the car off it was running perfectly without any issues and had recently been inspected by a European specialist before selling and was mechanically healthy and had a full service at the same time I decided to take the car back as I had other dealers interested in it and when I went to collect it the car had engine light on and was running really bad. Don’t know what turners did to the car as it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off.nnWouldn’t recommend selling your car though turners as the experience overall was terrible.
Brilliant service late yesterday! Arrived just before 6pm to pick up a loan car while our recent purchased vehicle was being repaired.nnFirstly, really appreciate Steve dealing with a faulty brake in our Kia vehicle, and getting it repaired.nnThen had just the BEST service yesterday from Andre Branch Manager? who found me a loan vehicle with a tow bar we need.nnConsidering it was 6pm with the business looking to close, he made a real effort to change vehicles for me which was really appreciated.nnThanks again!nEfforts like his go a long way. I went in for an appraisal. Neil Rollinson did a 30min inspection and gave a quote. The process was explained on the day and was told to let them know if I was happy to sell the car. The whole process was so easy and the sale was done effortlessly. All thanks to Neil.
