I’m not one for leaving reviews, good or bad but these guys are exceptional. I bought a relatively unique second hand car off Tim Ten Hove unseen from a foreign country prior to moving to NZ; not the easiest for buyer or seller but they made the process as simple as it could be yet provided all the detail where I needed it. After receipt a month or so later I was delighted with the car yet there were a few minor requests (not expectations) on my side, all dealt with quickly, easily and thoughtfully by Tim - they could easily have said no to an Auckland based purchaser who’s maybe not a front runner for repeat purchase or servicing, but they did the opposite and did their best to help. I couldn’t recommend Tim and the dealership more, a great example of what a branded dealership should be.

Made very welcome, test drive a great wee car and treated to nice coffee. Since visiting have had a number of positive communications with Christopher and eagerly awaiting to test drive the new polo models when they come out next month 😃.

I recently purchased an Alltrack . I found the customer service of both Alex and Jared to be prompt and personal . I highly recommend buying a vechile from Miles Continental

Some idiot smashed my side mirror so had to get the glass replaced. Wreckers would not just sell the glass so this worked out cheaper. Had watched videos online regarding how to install but the staff offered to and installed it for me which was very nice of him.
