After using Euromarque to service my vehicles for a number of years, I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I have made numerous visits to them to diagnose a problem with my car’s locking system and this time they  finally found the problem after removing the door. A miscommunication in the service area meant the car was not ready for collection at the agreed time as the door was still off the car.
Their quote for various repairs including the lock was significant so I naturally shopped around and let them know I had found a much better price. In the meantime however, upon lowering the window on the same door for the first time (which had been functioning perfectly up until this point), it made a terrible grinding sound and then would not close.
I contacted Euromarque straight away to let them know something had gone wrong but the manager denied responsibility claiming this was merely a coincidence. It will cost more than $700 to repair the window.
As a longstanding customer, I would expect better service. Too many failures here - very disappointing. I wonder if the boss knows.

times in the past, I used to bring my car here for a yearly service. Everything was okay except for the charge of $600+ which basically covered an oil and fiter change and all the necessary checks. On 1/2 services, 1x air filter replaced at about $120. I still believe I was in the right place, except for the charge..They also give you complimentary coffee, news paper and nice wating area to relax. Not bad at all. However, once I caught one of their mechanics took a joyride in my car, and picking up his girl friend during his action. After that I never go back there again for service, the scumbag.

Big fan of the vehicle service team - such a friendly, helpful group of staff and I was reasonably charged for the great job they did.  Called for some advice recently and the person on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Pleasure to do business with

For me this is the best place if you planning to invest for your next exclusive European vehicle. The customer service you get at Euromarque is excellent. Highly recommended.

Mixed feelings about Euromarque. Basically too good for their own good. Expensive cars have gone to the heads of some staff. Sales especially! Poor communications with service centre. They have 23 loans cars but I was left carless and stuck in ChCh on my journey south to Dunedin.
