Non existent customer service! With a test drive agreed at 12.00, the salesperson not only lets a walk in person take a car for a test drive at 11.48 and asks me to arrive later, but also sells the car to that person with me standing there supposedly waiting for my test drive, continues to chat to them for another 15 minutes so I need to go and check to only find the car has been sold! It would be nicer if you offered maybe an apology or a coffee, and to notify me first when another car like this comes in? If you expect people to come running to you for luxury cars when you treat them like dirt, suggest you reconsider the line of business or relocate to where this practice is considered appropriate. To buyers - if you are prepared to pay serious money, suggest you look elsewhere where you are going to be treated with respect.
Bought a $26k vehicle from them over the phone. The difference was the dealer Jonathan from the Auckland branch who ran me through some of the model specifications and positive and negative aspects. Gave me a sense of confidence buying from someone who actually knew what they were talking about. Amanda was easy to deal with when doing the paperwork and also the transporting process. Chasing up the cars location for me going from Auckland to Christchurch. When I picked the vehicle up from the Christchurch branch there was an issue with the windscreen wipers which I didn't realise until I drove out of town. Despite my initial frustration I do believe it was an issue caused by the vibration of the transport. It had gone through a 100 point check and new warrant so I'm sure they would have picked it up. I was on the phone to Murray from the Christchurch branch and had it booked into my local Ford dealer, fixed and payed for by Autoselect the next day. All in all I cant fault them and it was a positive experience
