Outstanding customer service. Andrew and his team were amazing and such a help to us in what has been a very difficult time. They went above and beyond and I will definitely be back in the future for our next teens car.
Brought a car from here and their service was okay i was happy until a few weeks later, i was driving the car i went to turn a corner and the brakes failed, i looked down at the pedals and i was frantically pushing them then i looked up and i crashed it. the brake pads and calibers were all over the road shattered i was so shaken up when i was calling my father my hands were shaking miserably, i explained the whole situation to him and he said try to get it home asap so i did i drove 30ks with the hazard light's on. the brakes were gone the parking brake was stuck on and the car was making a horrible noise luckily the accident wasnt too far from home, the next day when the dealership were open we explained the situation they didn't seem to worried for my safety, then i waited two days for the owner to get back me. he got a tow truck to pick the car up and it's bren at a panel beater shop as of recently, was at a tire and auto shop before that and the panel beater shop, they have told us the brake pads were already damaged and worn out hence why they shattered when i was only going about 40-50 kph. when i made a review a few weeks ago as soon as I posed it, i had the owner calling my father threatening to lie to the insurance company so they wouldn't accept my claim. Unfortunately i can't let this slide and the owner didn't care that i could have been injured, please for your own safety do not come here I've done alot of research and they have a history of doing this. So like i said for your own safety do not come here.
Wayne Tomkins I bought a nice falcon of Andrew he gave me a very good trade in price for my old falcon you people must remember you are not buying Rolls Royce's all cars have several owners don't loose sight of that I'm very happy with my new car and l will go back there for my next one thank you Andrew
So I brought my car in may and they didn't change ownership. Even though I filled out paperwork. Come Dec I'm wondering why my rego hadn't arrived in the mail. Nice of them to pass on the letter they must have gotten. Not impressed.
This has got to be the BEST car yard in Christchurch, the team are phenomenal! They go out of their way to make sure your car buying experience is the best there is and the after purchase service is the best I've ever come across. If you're going to buy a car, buy it from BPC Cars, well worth it! I know I'm loving my Honda Accord!
What a great place to buy a car and this is because of Andrew and Nick. The service, communication, quality and price were far and above my expectation. After Hours service on a Saturday.....Not a problem, no questions asked, just happy to help me. All in all a great buying experience and I would happily recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys.
BPC cars are extremely well presented and of very good value. The staff were respectful, friendly, listened to our requirement and we are exceedingly happy with our purchase. This car sales is at a great location with plenty of off street parking. Thanks for making our car purchase a stress free experience
