Just purchased a car from Danny Meehan. I can't speak more highly of our interactions with Danny. He was relaxed, helpful and very knowledgeable. Absolutely amazing professional service from James from the moment I walked into the yard. James went above and beyond to assist with my purchase including organising an alarm to be fitted. The car was ready to test drive when I arrived and it was in immaculate condition. Everything which was listed about the vehicle was correct and I felt I could trust their word. My grandfather purchased a vehicle from Blackwells many decades ago and we knew as a family they have a reputation for excellence. I am so delighted with my little demio and will be returning it to Blackwells for servicing. I had previously visited several car yards before Blackwells and I was sorely disappointed. If you want a top quality vehicle from a professional car dealership I would highly recommend visiting Blackwells.
I had left a previous 2 star review after an incident that happened over the XMAS / NY period. However, the prompt and effective replies I received in relation has really changed my mind on Blackwells Sockburn. Thank you for following up with me team, it proves you're a company very driven by customer satisfaction and I thank you.
Nah. It was a waste of time. Stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes and no staff member acknowledged me. The Holden dealer that I worked for would have written these chair warmers up. I didn't need what I went there for enough to ever go back.
Just had a 70k service. Invoice states inspect and top up all fluids and a list of other items. Drove the next day and no wiper fluid. It's no big deal, but if you're going to charge an hour and a half labour to carry out a 15 minute oil change at least do the stuff you charge for. That's if you did any of what the invoice notes. Pretty poor Mazda. I will never use a franchised service agent again.
The staff are amazing the service team especially. They have won me as a long term repeat customer.
Easily the best experience I have had in buying a vehicle. Nothing was a problem - no stone left unturned, car was in showroom condition when sold with a full tank of petrol. Danny was a pleasure to deal with, patient and accommodating. Couldn’t be happier with our car and the friendly, professional service from Blackwells Sockburn.
In all the years that I have purchased vehicles I have never had such a great experience that I had with James Mackinlay from Blackwells Sockburn. My wife and I were not intending to buy a vehicle when we went into Blackwells Sockburn branch we were only going for a look but once we talked to James , went for a test drive and were offered a very fair trade in price we were sold. I can't recommend Blackwells enough if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, a fair deal and cheerful friendly staff with expert knowledge to help you make the right decision.
