Spent a couple thousand, as I recall, on a "Platinum" diamond engagement ring. Beautiful. Took it where he suggested for polishing. They weren't able to because not only was it not platinum, it was plated yellow gold made to look like a sort of white gold. Confusing and clearly shows the incompetence or laziness of this dealer to know what it is he's passing off. Also shows how tricked I was! I returned, confronted his error kindly, and thankfully he returned all my cash. He was a nice fellow but I'd recommend he pay more attention to the [big] details.

Have being going to Patsy's for over 18 years and amassed a lot of lovely things.  Patsy has a knack of knowing just what I want and sourcing it for me.  Craig is a delight to deal with and so knowledgeable, he certainly complements Patsy and her vast knowledge.  Absolutely fabulous
