BBQ chicken is pretty good. Crunchy wings should be 5 star. Not a fan of the buns on the burgers. Otherwise a good option for lunch at Uni Hill

Side note: Formally known as Hot Rock Fast & friendly service, as well as decent pricing. Food is quite nice, but the quality of the food could be slightly improved however.

Absolutely horrible! Staff can not speak fluent English and often stuff up orders! It shouldn't take more then 2 minutes to make and order, in this place you are forced to repeat the order multiple times! Quality of chicken is rubbish, it sits in warming plate for majority of day and is dry and tasteless. They cant even get the pre -cooked chicken right, pink in the middle is not cooked! This place is rubbish, it used to be a great place to eat, however since change of hands, i would not eat here anymore! Do not recommend!

The food is quite good but the staff seem to have no idea how to run a restaurant. Food takes forever, mix ups in orders, chips come 10 minutes before the burgers do. If they can fix the service issue I will revise their rating higher. Particularly since they they are charging premium prices.

This place has been opened for a few months now. I usually pass it every lunchtime and I never see many people in there. Usually at lunchtime, eateries are usually packed. Now I now why they never have many customers. The burger was one of the most pathetic and disgusting things I have eaten. I ordered the avocado burger with fries. I asked for no salt on the chips. The girl serving me kept saying "ok. Salt. good". NO. I do not want any salt. This when on for about a minute until she finally understood that I did not want any salt. I guess it was my mistake for speaking English in Australia. Then came them burger. It had a very small beef patty, with a sliver of tomato, a piece of lettuce the size of a $5 note and something that resembled avocado, which was the size of a 50 cent coin. Yes, you got it. The fries were loaded with salt. Would never go back to this place even if there was nothing else around. Shocking service and shocking food. Never again. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.
