Absolutely terrible experience. KFC Australia should review this branch and conduct a staff review. I ordered a large 3-piece box and added two extra hot and spicy pieces. When I got home just six minutes later, I found only two original pieces, two hot and spicy, one dinner roll, and the usual sides.nnI tried calling them 13 times, but the listed phone number doesn’t work at all. Terrible service!
Got my food and it was cold. The poor girl out front on her own asking for food to be sent thru and all the boys out back ignoring her and just having conversations between themselves. She asked multiple times. Poor thing and had to apologise for the delay which was not her fault. The chips were absolutely disgusting. Usually kfc have the best chips but not at this one . Very disappointed
Went there tonight, I ordered a value feast and 5 tenders. Would be nice if my value feast didn’t have the shitty little winglets in them. 4 pieces of chicken, all crap.nnWaited 20 minutes inside to get my food, when I then received my warm food, I explained my chips don’t have extra salt as asked, and they to be honest didn’t even have salt. Only to receive a snarky reply from the young girls at the counter.nnI get it, it’s a Thursday night, it was reasonably busy. However, I would just appreciate some extra salt on my chips as ordered and maybe two pieces of chicken that were not sad and miserable.nnAlso when you did eventually put extra salt on my chips you placed the chips into the scoop and the box fell on the floor and you went to reuse it, until another girl told you no and threw it out.nnRealistically do better. You are working is hospitality, if you don’t want to work then don’t. If you have to work, at least don’t take it out on other people.
My family and I got terrible food poisoning after ordering a family meal last Friday. My daughter who suffers from an eating disorder was hospitalised due to loss of fluid from being sick on top of already present malnutrition. Disgusting! We should be able to trust that a food like chicken is handled hygienically and with care. Half of our order was also forgotten, but that might’ve saved us from all being in hospital. Appalling.
I recently visited KFC Bundoora and ordered 2 packs of 10 Wicked Wings. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed by the staff that I needed to wait for 10 minutes as they were still cooking the chicken. However, this 10-minute wait turned into more than 30 minutes of waiting time.nnThe service was incredibly slow, and despite the wait, there was little communication from the staff about the delay or any updates. The lack of efficiency was evident, and it significantly impacted my overall experience.nnWhile the food eventually arrived, the prolonged wait and poor service overshadowed the enjoyment of the meal. I hope the management at KFC Bundoora can address these issues to improve their service quality and ensure a more pleasant dining experience for their customers.
