unhappy with the customer service, most of the staff can barely explain in English, witnessed a waitress being yelled at, in the public. Though can not understand what he was saying but respect should be shown to everyone, even waitresses. *Speaking as a teacher's point of view*

Makes the food very less enjoyable, never again. 
There are other dumplings place in the area as well with better atmosphere.

Its a shame as the quality and love has dropped dramatically.
Fried rice used frozen vegies barely any taste for "special fried rice"
Dumplings looked like they were just squashed together and again lacking taste. 
Crispy chicken was basicly soggy 

This place use to be packed at 7pm 
Now less than half full.

Visited here last night, and ordered the fried chicken and prawn dumplings. They were fine; I was hungry so I ate them all. The reason behind the low score is the gentleman behind the counter ordered me to walk across the street to get cash out as they have a minimum card spend of $25 (which in my opinion is unnecessary). When I said how I had been a long time customer, having visited the place on average once a month for the past year, he rolled his eyes and basically told me to move on and not come back if I wasn't happy. In a city with such great dumpling/Asian food options, it would have been wise to try a little harder with your customer service. I understand working as a gloried waiter can be a sad existence, but you don't have to take it out on me.

Very busy on a Saturday night, but food was good and came surprisingly quickly.

not at all the best place to visit on Saturday, busy not really friendly staff attending you and serving boiled dumplings at the place of the steamed... rice taste is really nothing special! doesn't split the bill and minimum card payment from 25$ and 1.5% credit card fee
