Had a great family birthday lunch at the Bundoora Hotel, and I would like to call out Jacqui and Jasmine in particular for the way they looked after us , and made sure we all enjoyed our day. Was a great experience, and the food and drinks were first class. Thanks to everybody at Bundys for a fun time. From the Patrick and Ceddia Families xo
We went for dinner on a Friday night with our friends and all our children. The staff seated us near the play area which was perfect for the kids so we could enjoy our meals and drinks in peace. The food came out fast and was delicious, especially the steak. The service was fantastic, Shay Antony and Jacqui did a great job and were very accommodating. Jacqui made sure we were all happy, especially the kids. Great for all ages, will be going back again soon.
A nice place to dine. Always pleased with the welcoming staff. A good place for a coffee and cake. Worth visiting for the Parma!
Best service. I am a regular because I am always greeted with a smile and welcoming hello by Jacqui, Jazmin and Shea, not to mention George behind the bar. The food is always really good pub grub and the beer cold. There’s a great family vibe for such a large hotel which comes down to the friendly welcoming staff. Big tick
Great service from the staff Shay, Jacqui, Anthony and manager Zara. Had a birthday lunch here - kids had fun in the kids room while the adults enjoyed a relaxing lunch. Food was good and kids loved their desserts! Everything provided for serving the birthday cake and pictures taken to remember the day. Thanks to all the staff for a memorable afternoon!
Just had dinner with my mum, my daughter and a grandson. Food was great, service from all was brilliant. I go put for the experience - not the food. Both was great but I was at the bar and witnessed the manager berating a staff member unnecessarily and in front of customers. This is an absolute no no. The staff were doing a brilliant job but if they keep this manager everyone will lose.
Friendly and helpful staff, led by Jacqui who does a wonderful job, she's the employee of the year. Great pub meals , compliments to the chefs. I'm NOT a big fan of Tap and pay, it's my only gripe. I think you should have the choice to pay with Cash if you so choose.
I am a regular customer at Bundoora Hotel and I always feel welcome by the friendly staff and management team. They are an amazing team who always work closely together to ensure their customers are happy with the service. They are super attentive to customer needs and whether I walk in or pre book a table via phone they always make the experience seem effortless and easy. Thank you to all the amazing team and management at Bundoora Hotel. Also a shout out to a lovely young girl who served me Becky for her amazing customer service skills. It's great to see new faces with great motivation for their job. Thanks. Also another shout out to Zara and Jacqui for always looking after me even during your busy period when there is limited tables available. You guys are the best Keep up the good work Bundoora hotel, and keep kicking goals with your amazing team and service.
Organised a large group to have lunch. Jacqui couldn’t have been more helpful getting the children some colouring books and showing them the monitored play area. The food was brought out quickly and altogether. The food and atmosphere were enjoyed by all. Thank you to all the staff that worked today 11/12/22. We will be back!
