The staff in the bistro were lovely and very patient. They helped us apply a discount to order I was struggling to apply myself. The senior meals are affordable for a quick bite. Unfortunately when we went to the bar I was with someone that has disturbances and they were taking their time to decide what to order basically the staff there were laughing at the person I am with so we decided not to order any drinks from the bar. I didn't appreciate the snickering at someone that has disabilities.
Nice looking lounge area, huge seniors roast $18, pity my client couldn't take home what they couldn't fit in as they don't give you a container to take home. Roast looked yummy. I had chicken scollopini which was yum paired with mash and broccoli $32 bit pricey I thought, would have liked veal. Meals came quickly and service was quick but lacking any warmth and connection, a bit robotic Im sure as only 1 person doing everything in lounge and 1 at bar at lunch.
My friend and I enjoyed a delicious dinner of porterhouse steak and chicken parmigiana at Bundoora Hotel. The meals were generous and delicious. Helen, Eirini served us and they were amazing. Also Minny and Kush provided excellent service. We highly recommend dinner at Bundoora Hotel and we will come back again.
Food was great and the staff were all friendly ,polite and full of smiles : kids even ate everything !!!!
Not my usual venue but very impressed by the efficient and friendly service at lunchtime. Large group for lunch but staff kept up good service. Food is reasonable value for money but staff make the experience much more enjoyablenWe are fortunate to have a hotel that caters for a wide range of customers and offers inexpensive options as well as higher value meals. Well done!
