Hungry Jack's Burgers, BundoorannWent here for a quick dinner and honestly wouldn’t bother coming back unless I had no other choice.nnThe main issue: Customer servicennThe staff seemed disinterested from the moment I walked in. Took ages to get served even though there were only 2 people ahead of me, and no one acknowledged the line.nnFood wasn’t much betternnMy burger came out lukewarm and the fries were soggy. The order was also wrong - got regular fries instead of the large I paid for. Chicken nuggets was okay.nnOverallnnI get that it’s fast food, but basic customer service shouldn’t be too much to ask. No greeting, no eye contact, and zero effort to make things right. The only good thing was the atmosphere. Tables were neat and clean.nnHungry Jack’s usually isn’t this bad, so maybe it was an off day, but it left a poor impression.nnIf you’re in Bundoora, you’ve got better options nearby.
It’s awful ! Absolutely disgusting experience. The floors were sticky everywhere and there were flies around the food — very unhygienic.nnService was just as bad. Staff Kesar who were chatting instead of paying attention with another guy stuff and they both would like chatting but no one mop the disgusting floor! I didn’t get a fork, and my BBQ cheese chips had almost no sauce at all. It basically looked like plain chips.nnReally regret eating here. Won’t be back.
Very neat and tidy store. Immaculately cleannnBurgers were made fresh.nnService was excellent.nnRecommended.
Food was good, if a bit slow for an empty store. However, cleanliness of the tables outside and the area outside was extremely poor, especially for first thing on a Monday morning. Needs to do better on the cleaning front.
Food is palatable. Floors, tables n seats are filthy, with past customers meal remnants. God knows what the toilets are like.
