Disgusting. Order arrived with the large drink spilled all over the food. Which tends to happen when you stuff everything in the same bag. Would have been better off flushing $25 down the toilet.
i came in yesterday and bought a meal. the young man who served me, arvi was a very lovely guy, had a quick conversation with him while ordering my food and he seemed like a lovely guy. Needs more recognition for the lovely staff
The place was in a poor state of cleanliness. At one point all I could smell was a very strong odour of marijuana that plagued the dinning room, which made me feel ill. The odour was that strong it gave me the sense that someone was right next to the aircon unit of the store smoking their marijuana. Service was slow and the food was less than desirable. This dinning experience was extremely poor and as a customer, I will not be coming back to this store. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of here.

Every time I’ve interacted with him, he’s been friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making the customer experience a positive one. He handles every order with care, keeps a calm and respectful attitude even during busy periods, and always goes the extra mile to make people feel welcome.nnManav stands out not just for his efficiency, but for the way he connects with customers, he truly embodies the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Hungry Jack’s would be lucky to have someone like him in a leadership position, and I believe he would thrive if given the opportunity to be promoted. He’s a true asset to the team!nnManav is like an Angry Onion, it’s simply the best thing on the menu but is constantly overlooked.
We had a nice time at Hungry Jacks Bundoora. The place was very clean, and the food, coffee and service was great. Happy to visit again. Well done to all Management and staff there, keep up the great work !
