Food was good, if a bit slow for an empty store. However, cleanliness of the tables outside and the area outside was extremely poor, especially for first thing on a Monday morning. Needs to do better on the cleaning front.
Horrible experience - had to wait 23 minutes for a medium whopper meal. Lady serving was rude and inattentive to customers. Store wasn't busy but staff thought it was great to laugh and giggle in the back instead of working or taking orders properly. The food was also cold and made horribly. Genuinely wouldn't recommend this HJ store— best to go to Hungry Jacks Mill Park.nnNever coming back.nnAbsolutely awful service and environment.
I was absolutely shocked twice after demanding a remake of my first burger and my son's burger. It was like I was in a movienWorst service making me explain why the burger tasted revolting. i'm not used to Hungry Jack's tasting like garbage especially twice and on receiving the secondary attempt of something resembling a burger with no sauce dry shrunken burger buns, revoltingly overcooked meat and no sauce and big chunks of crappy salad. I was left questioning my life and how things have gotten this bad that me and my nine-year-old son on our junk food night out that we have once a month has turned into this nightmare of culinary disgrace even for Hungry Jack's standards which we usually love by the way
Ordered tonight, worst burgers i've ever seen, none of them assembled correctly, the bacon delux was slapped together like an unloved mr potato doll, the whopper exploded throughout the bag as soon as i picked it up as the meat has soaked the disaster of a box that held it, the onion rings were absolutely putrid like how can they be overcooked, stale and stone cold all at once, speaking of stone cold there wasnt a single item that was warm. Absolute disaster food and completely inedible, whoever prepared it should be ashamed of themselves and should find the looped end of a noose before ever cooking again.
Disgusting. Order arrived with the large drink spilled all over the food. Which tends to happen when you stuff everything in the same bag. Would have been better off flushing $25 down the toilet.
