If I could give 0 then I’ll definitely give zero to customer service. They don’t care about customer’s need because they are full of attitude. They should change their manager and customer service operator. I tried to explain what actually happened but instead of listening to me she’s giving her excuse. They should train people properly because they don’t know exact time for the toasties if we need cheese on it. 0

When a Subway looks like a hotdog, the franchisee is a miser for adding filling in your subway. Sorry franchisee, your fillings are not generous. When I asked Mozzarella, she put a few flakes. When I asked cucumber, she counted 2 pieces.
