We stayed here on our last night before heading home on the boat to Tassie after a 2 week long trip around VIC. It was our favourite motel room of the trip. The room looked newly renovated with the bathroom having an amazing shower with the best pressure! The bed was unbelievably comfortable and the room was just clean and had everything we needed. The gentleman that checked us in was lovely and so friendly and the location was perfect as it was just over the road from a shopping centre if you needed anything. The only negative thing I would mention is that the outside of the motel isn't all the appealing but as long as the rooms & service is on point that really doesn't matter. Loved our stay! :
We stayed last night and it was fantastic, rooms were clean, spa was amazing. Service staff were fantastic. Left my ear pods behind and they called me within 20mins of leaving. I would 100% recommend staying here.
Our room was very dirty, smells awful we had to keep a window open on a cold night to deal with it, the carpet was so dirty I had to show the staff member at reception who said he couldn't really do anything. I'm asking for a refund as photos on website are so fake & nothing like what you get except the bathroom was updated. It's really rundown in areas especially in hallways, you can hear so much noise of others also! Worst stay on our travels. Really dirty motel.i do not recommend!
WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE THIS MAN & HIS WIFE ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF!nI’m personally going to the ombudsman for this one as I checked in and couldn’t even have a friend visit me as the control freak says NO VISITORS at 9pm!nBut on his website he doesn’t state this he states…n‘please note there is no capacity for additional guests!nMy VISITOR was only coming for 10min to say hi and bring my bday present nI explained this and was told after I payed on the phone that no guests were allowed after they took my money!nI’ll be receiving my full refund after dropping key back within 2hrs of arriving and not staying there as I had to go with my friend to receive my bday gift!nHe and I totally disgusted.nIf he were to tell me before I booked and PAYED I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT BE BOOKING HERE!nHe will get closed down as I personally know the lawyers who will take him out!nOnce again you pathetic man n women you will NOT BE RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS LIKE THIS U COMPLETE RIP OFFS!nWho the FK DO U THINK U ARE!nWAR HAS STARTED, YOUR GOING TO REGRET YOUR CHOICES!!!nGet ya LAWYERS READY IM COMING FOR YA THROATS… NASTY C..NTS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THESE TWO CONTROL NARCISSISTIC FREAKS!
We were here for WSL competition.nnRoom is clean and tidy. Hot water and strong good for a long day drive trip. We arrived late but they are friendly to leave the keys for us : Big Coles and 24 hours Kmart just next to the hotel.nWe extended 1 nights for holiday.nnHighly recommend.
