Good location, however I wouldn't stay here again. It was dated & dusty. The "room service" consisted of a $17 charge for cereal, & early one morning cleaning staff attempted to get into our room to change our towels (without our request) even though we had locked the door from the inside & their repeated attempt to get into our room woke us up & was disrupting.

I would like to leave a positive review. I have read the negative reviews, and was hesitant to stay here. it's clean enough, (I've seen worse) could be better, but I am a bit of a clean freak. the bed needs replacing, but it's under new ownership, and they are doing it bit by bit. it's a bit tired, but it is a motel room. the staff are lovely and accommodating, had no issues with my request to see the room. the price is within reason for geelong. parking is plentiful. there was plenty of hot water for my shower. I would like to see larger coffee cups in the room, but that's nitpicking.  I would stay here again.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation that is quite dated. Friendly staff. Room was tidy but had a very strong fragrance that may have been masking something.

Thanks for the great hospitality from the owners!!....not very often you find decent hospitality in the big city !! Will be back especially for great rates and neat and tidy rooms so close too the Uni, Beach and City !! Thanks Again !!

Perfect for what you pay for! Last minute booking, staff willing to keep office open until we arrived. Undercover parking, decent room amd bathroom
