THIS PLACE IS THE MOST DIRTY AND OUTDATED HOTEL IN GEELONG AND PROBABLY AUSTRALIA. ROOMS WERE FILTHY, SHEETS STAINED,DIRTY TOWLS,DIRTY CARPETS ETC. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE WHEN CONFRONTED WITH A COMPLAINT. WARNING DO NOT GO THER,E A REALLY DISGRACEFUL HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
