Was a really comfortable stay, the bed was comfy and the rooms spacious. The location isn't too bad, we walked to find food and it took maybe 10/15mins. Pool is really nice to enjoy on a hot day. Parking was $75 per night and was outside and not very secure. Breakfast was pretty good, can't complain.
Our recent stay left us feeling disappointed, largely due to the level of customer service at the front desk. We expected to be greeted and assisted in a professional and welcoming manner. However, our interactions left us feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued guests.nThere was a noticeable lack of warmth and attentiveness, and basic courtesies such as friendly communication and a willingness to assist were missing.
Stayed over new years 2025.nThe air conditioning did not work. On maximum it barely blew a puff of air. The front desk solution was to open the window.nThe rooms are a good size but very dated. No microwave in my room. The room lighting was poor with no central light and the lamps didn’t provide any substantial illumination.nI couldnt see my not backlit keyboard after dark. The minibar was randomly filled every 3rd or 4th day.nThe towels provided were old small and thin.nNo assistance provided with our luggage even though I have a broken ankle and my mother is 87yo.nI wouldn’t stay here again. It is not value for money.
I’m disappointed with my recent stay. The biggest issue was the attitude of the management, which felt dismissive and unprofessional when help was needed. Good customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately that was lacking here.nOn top of that, the rooms were quite dusty and didn’t feel properly cleaned. For the reputation, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and hospitality.nThe overall experience was far below expectations.
The rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh towels provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available in the showers, along with clean towels. The gym facilities were excellent; I used them for an hour and found the area very clean, with a television positioned in front of the treadmill for entertainment while working out. After my workout, I visited the diner and requested a cup of water. The waiter was very friendly and promptly assisted me. Although I did not use the pool, it appeared clean and well kept.nalso have free wifi.
