What an amazing property! Our first trip to Geelong and we wanted to book somewhere close to the stadium. The property was clean, well laid out, the rooms OMG! Comfiest bed I have ever slept in, the cleanliness was amazing, layout of the rooms and amenities was wonderful. We travelled with our two boys and the twin room was perfect. Breakfast was yum, great coffee and afternoon cocktails overlooking the street below was a great way to chill. We will 100% be back!
This is a good hotel and the rooms are nice also the food is so yummy and the drinks also. Some hotels the coffee machine is broken but this hotel is not. The Female Manager at the reception gave us a different room when we raised a issue about the room we were given and instead we got upgraded to a room with a nice view.nnThere is this nice chef called Aussie Jack and he is a very nice person also the rest of the staff are very nice also so I’m going to rate everything 5 stars.
Property is nice, modern and clean. Reception staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Toilets were always clean near restaurant and pool.nnBreakfast Restaurant staff were great and attentive throughout our stay. Kids room was a great bonus and perfect for our kids to play Lego. We managed to find all day free parking on side street behind the Hotel.nnHousekeeping wasn’t up to standard as the floors were not cleaned in the room and dirty cups were not washed. Coffee station area wasn’t refilled. Pool area wasn’t as clean as expected. Service was OK but not exceptional. I would still like to come back again as I love Geelong!
Great service and wonderful hotel to stay in geelong. Location is close to everything!nWe received an outstanding service here. From the receptionists to the room, and to the breakfast restaurant, the staff was friendly and helpful. The chef Aussie Jack realised that we wanted chocolate croissants, but there was none, he went above and beyond to bake fresh ones for us and brought them to the table!!!! Wow!!!!!!nTHANK YOU SO MUCH !!!nWE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN!!!
Really great stay. Staff offered amazing service. Food for breakfast was very good, dinner was okay very minimal plant based options.nRooms modern, clean and spacious. Really nice.nOnly reason for 4 stars instead of 5, rooms didn't offer much sound proofing. You could hear thumping footsteps above and next door joining room loud talking. Staff assisted well with ensuring quiet during late hours.nOverall, I recommend this hotel.
