Had a wonderful first time experience as a family of 4.nHighly recommended for those with kids.nStaff were lovely and on hand to answer questions and assist whenever needed.nLocation and onsite parking were great.nOur room was spacious even for all 4 of us, and the showers were incredible!nWill definitely return if in the area
I would rate this hotel 6 stars if I could.nWe booked online and almost immediately received an email regarding hotel parking - book in advance as it is limited.nClean, modern and very well appointed - our room was spacious, warm, quiet and had everything we needed.nWe enjoyed a buffet breakfast at a reasonable price - with so many options - just as you expect at a 5 star hotel.nHaving said all that - the stand out was the staff! At every interaction they were smiling, welcoming and making us feel valued with little comments and questions about us and our stay - we felt so valued.nnKeep up the great standard - we have already told others to stay here and we will only pick this hotel next time we are in Geelong!
This hotel is over priced for what you get. Drinks are average, the breakfast buffet while having quite a range, had most of the hot food only lukewarm- including the coffee. It took 15 minutes to check in, despite being pre- booked and it took a couple of hours and multiple phone calls to exchange the pillows. Not terrible, but would have expected more given the prices. The positive was the bay view, but you have to pay extra for it.
What an amazing property! Our first trip to Geelong and we wanted to book somewhere close to the stadium. The property was clean, well laid out, the rooms OMG! Comfiest bed I have ever slept in, the cleanliness was amazing, layout of the rooms and amenities was wonderful. We travelled with our two boys and the twin room was perfect. Breakfast was yum, great coffee and afternoon cocktails overlooking the street below was a great way to chill. We will 100% be back!
This is a good hotel and the rooms are nice also the food is so yummy and the drinks also. Some hotels the coffee machine is broken but this hotel is not. The Female Manager at the reception gave us a different room when we raised a issue about the room we were given and instead we got upgraded to a room with a nice view.nnThere is this nice chef called Aussie Jack and he is a very nice person also the rest of the staff are very nice also so I’m going to rate everything 5 stars.
