From the moment we arrived, our stay was fantastic. The room was spotless, beautifully designed with a modern touch, and the view from room 1001 was absolutely stunning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning.nnWhat truly stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Every interaction, from reception to housekeeping, felt genuine and welcoming. A special mention to Kartick, Shaym, Tina, Jana, Shivani, Mediie, Catherine, and Airleen for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.nnThe facilities were equally impressive. The swimming pool was clean, well maintained, and perfectly warm, making it a joy to use at any time. The gym was well equipped and enjoyable to use. In-room dining offered a great selection of dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious.nnOur kids had an amazing time as well, especially with the activities around the hotel. The sky wheel and toy train were definite highlights and added an extra layer of fun to our stay.nnOverall, it was a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and family-friendly amenities.
Pleasantly surprised.nWe really enjoyed our one night stay. Parking was easy and very convenient. Checking in was easy.nWe were there to see Jimmy Carr..he was dreadful! However our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and very tastefully decorated. The Hotel is opposite the Arts Centre so was as convenient as could be.
Big refurb, everything is shnazzy and modern. I’ve stayed several times for work and also chosen to stay on holiday. Very comfy full sized beds, no dodgy single mattress pushed together. Great pillows. Decent tv is easy to stream. I’ve never had any noise issues. Breakfast buffet is tasty and plentiful with custom egg orders. Metered street parking is easy to find. The table service restaurant downstairs is very nice and the bar menu is reasonably priced and well staffed. Walking distance to all the good things in the cbd
Unfortunately for us, the pool was as cold as ice, even though we booked the hotel purely for the pool as the website stated that it was a warm water pool. Which was a little disappointing.nHowever, Great hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very kind and nice.
Brand new hotel, and exceptional in every way you would expect! Friendly service, wonderfully clean rooms, plush towels and an excellent breakfast buffet! Perfect location across the street from the Arts Centre. Secure parking underground. Highly recommended!
