Amazing night stay. I am a accor gold member and got an awesome upgrade. First time to geelong and what a great city. I travel a but for work and stay at accor all around Australia this is by far one of the best novotels ive been too.nHad a beer in the lounge with my free drink and also got a breakfast roll in the morning which hit the spot. Would highly reccomend a stay here.
Updated after stay- just a lovely stay all round. Room with balcony was very clean, comfortable and modern. View was beautiful- night and day. The truly wonderful part of Novotel Geelong are the staff- huge shout out to Kamala and Varsha who made sure everything was brilliant. Breakfast wasn't half bad either! All in all, a great property, excellent staff and service and a wonderful weekend get away!nRecently needed some help with a future reservation. Suski was so amazingly helpful and kind. A true keeper of am employee
Great easy checkin process . Quick efficient and seamless . The staff are exceptionally friendly.nBeautiful clean rooms . Great facilities every with the renovation you are not out out what so ever. Beautiful well work the money for our in room dining . Cheese board could feed 4-6 !!! Beautiful complimentary sweets and wine for my birthday !! Very surprised !! Room is clean bed is comfy. Everything is wonderful . Close walking distance to everything .
Great location to beach and cafes.nRooms were nice and comfortable.nStaff service was shocking. Asked for room to done while we were out for the day. Came back bed unmade no coffee milk or sugar. Rang for service and was told they had gone home for the day. Had to go down to reception to collect coffee.nConsidering what we paid for the room and length of stay would expect better service. Travel alot and will no be coming back here again.
Firstly the location. I had a little trouble finding the entrance even with GPS. Once found it was quite small. Once inside. WOW! The lobby is huge. The staff needs a raise. They were so helpful. Feeling hungry we went to the Tempo restaurant. The waitress Angela was really amazing. Now the bedroom. The bed is so comfortable, carpet dated the bathroom is clean and tidy. If you want to stay in Geelong please come here.
