The room was lovely, very comfortable, very well equipped, very clean. Ditto the hotel itself. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. The staff are visibly miserable. Everyone seemed exhausted and over it. To me, this screams mismanagement. Customer service is tough going at the best of times. This team is not experiencing the best of times.
We loved our stay here. Such a convenient location with great views over the beach/harbour area. Bigger than usual rooms with very comfortable beds and good clean bathroom. Great restaurant with outdoor seating if the weather is kind! Geelong was a big surprise for us - so much nicer than we were expecting! We will be back for sure!
Absolutely beautiful. Stayed in Novotels world wide , and this is definitely up there on the list of top 5 . Tony the duty manager was amazing when my parents stayed there also. Staff are all amazing, breakfast is fabulous, rooms clean and spacious. Located is perfect. A must for a Geelong stay or weekend away .
Great location, close to everything we need, pubs, the beach, shops. And they had the hands down best buffet breakfast i have every been too! Just wish the pool was warmer, my kids lips turned blue.

The stunning views of Corio Bay made the occasion feel even more special.nFrom start to finish, the experience was exceptional. If you are looking for a unique and memorable dining setting in Geelong, we highly recommend Tempo Kitchen & Bar at The Novotel. The Dome is an absolute must-try!
