I recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment with park views and loved it. The check in process was so easy and loved that I could park on the property. The bed was so comfortable and the room was well equipped. One of my favourite places to stay and would highly recommend. Will definitely be backnGreat staff who were happy to help with anything needed. Wish there were more people like this in the industry
Nice & relaxing hotel on the foreshore. Rooms are spacious with room to stretch out.nSmall balcony with table & chairs.nRoom didn't have blackout blinds, so morning sun made sleeping in difficult.nShower is great with 2 different heads, and hot water comes on very quick.nBed is comfy, but neither of the 2 pillows in the room were particularly comfy.nFoxtel available in the rooms.nClose to everything that you could possibly want.nReally, the only real negative is the cost of parking.nWould stay again if I found a package that included parking.nBreakfast was delicious. The fruit was fresh & flavourful, and lots of staples.nTheir breakfast buffet was a highlight of our stay. Not heaps of options, but what they had they did well.
The rooms were clean and close to the beach. Sauna was nice , pool area had a great view of the ocean. But the floors had some rust looking spots on the floor and surrounding. I would love to have been able to go out on that area and enjoy some drinks with the lovely view but it was closed.
We stayed in Novotel Geelong for a night. The overall experience is great, as what we can expect from Novotel as usual. However, there are several drawbacks need some managerial attentions: 1. There must be some understaff issue in the TEMPO restaurant during lunch time as we waited almost an hour for our burger and had to cancel the order in the end and find another place for lunch. 2. The noise cancellation needs improvement. I understand it was near NEW YEAR and people were celebrating. However, we felt like having a live show in our room even at 11 pm, which is particularly hard for children to sleep well.
Amazing views and a wonderful location! Close to the yatch club, Westfield shopping center and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious, had a comfortable bed and a great view over the bay. The shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand wash smelt divine. You can't go wrong here!
