LOVED LOVED LOVED the Geelong Waterfront!nSomething for everyone!nSwimming pool for younger kids and a great area for BIG kids. Great driving/jumping off platform.nLots of families enjoying this fantastic waterfront.nCafe and icecream trucks there too.nIf we lived in Geelong we would definitely be there all the time!
A lively place, lots going on. Rides on ferris wheel, merry go round, ferry ride to see seals and have a drink, coffee or a light snack. All was wonderful, and I would have given it 5 stars if not for the toilets. Most digusting I have seen in my life. Avoid them if you can at all costs.
Such a beautiful place to bring family to have a swim, grab a drink or even take a walk with your pet. This place is just few minutes walk from the botanical gardens.nnThe weather was so beautiful with the wind which made it easier to walk along the shore. To take in the scenery I made sure to sit on a bench and admire it. I wish I could go for a swim but not regretting it too much.
Great family beach, which has very safe waters for families to swim at a pool for little kids & lots of grass areas to put up sun shade to keep you comfortable. There is bbq facilities some seats, toilets & a cafe for drinks & food etc. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Great day out
definitely go on the ferris wheel, goes on for faster and longer than expected, super fun! and then there’s a truck doing warm donuts and shakes right next to it! walk down to the water front fountain area there’s a bar! with a great view from the balcony!
