Ordered a pick up.  First time trying this place.  Arrived at shop and was greeted with a smile even though store was quite busy.  Staff were everywhere.  The guy who served me said it would be another minute or two so I went back to my car.  2 minutes later another older man brought my pizza out to me in my car.  Wow - impressed by that service.  Pizza was sweet as too.

The best thing about this place used to be the chicken pizzas. Loved the chicken breast on the creamy chicken. Recently they have changed the chicken to fake soya bean flour style rubbish you would find at pizza hut but these pizzas are not $5.00. Yuck! Avoid this place, all the meats are just gluten packed fake meats packed with colouring and flour.

My son purchased some chicken wings and chips. Both I believe were frozen and re heated. The chicken wings were still cold in the centre which I believe is quite a health hazard and the chips were just disgusting, dry and powdery. Could the owner clarify if these are fresh or frozen products?

Disgusting pizza. Wife ordered the seafood and it tasted like the bottom of my freezer. They claimed "fresh topping" on all their advertising yet clearly the seafood is cheap flash frozen Chinese/Asian imported rubbish doused in some yellow powder. Award winning? LOL

Ordered a thin crust half Italian and half bbq mega meat.  It was so good..  😋😋😋😋🍕🍕👍👍. Well done Pappa’s, we will definitely be regulars from now on.
