The delivery room is freezing. The amazing staff and managers have been keeping it on since past few weeks and not days, even when the temperature is cold outside. I’ve gotten sick once just because of this issue last year as the wait time is long even when the orders are ready. The staff will make you wait for long time for just to handed over the already packed food, ready to go.nnTURN OFF THE AIRCON!!!
I’ve been to McDonald’s South Perth a few times—convenient location and the usual menu you’d expect, which is great when you’re in a rush. That said, the experience can be hit or miss. On one visit, I waited over 20 minutes for a simple meal and still ended up with the wrong order. Staff were friendly enough, but it felt a bit disorganized. Food quality was fine, typical McDonald’s fare, but service definitely needs improvement. Overall, just okay.

Just brought 2 cokes both taste like crap - if i was down the freeway i would return
Ordered food there a few weeks ago and after a very long wait it came out cold. No care from the staff and manager didn't care. Left a complaint via the app and guess what - no one bothered to respond. McDonalds you should be ashamed. Crap service.
