Just had the loveliest experience! I didn’t catch her name, but the woman taking the orders tonight around midnight was very helpful.nNormally I go to Hungry Jacks because McDonalds has no substantial vegetarian options, however they had closed for the night. I was struggling to figure out what to eat and probably being quite an annoying customer, but the operator was understanding and said as a vegan herself she normally gets the Big Mac with a hash brown instead of the patty.nWhen she brought it to me in the car park, she said she’d put an extra hash brown in the bag for me!nShe was so understanding and kind, I hope this gets back to her.
drive thrunwaited 4 minutes for a frozen coke by itself. Would appreciate if next time got the beverage at a more appropriate pace.
This store is treating drivers unfairly. They keep the air conditioning very high in the small room where they pick up orders, even when it's cold outside. This makes it very cold and uncomfortable. On top of that, we have to wait a long time to get our orders, the store passes on cold food to drivers to deliver to customers. I recently have a friend who got sick because of you guys. I demand that the store makes changes to fix these problems and make it a better place for drivers to work.nnLast night it was 14C and your air-con was on high literally freezing people standing inside. Multiple people have complained and the store managers have forwarded the feedback to respective store operators, however no action has been taken yet. Shame on you Mc Donald’s south perth, McDonald’s Australia!!!!nnThe irony is they have no aircon turned on in the entire store but in a very small room very delivery drivers come for pick up, and no it’s not one day, it’s been longtime it’s this way!nn
I don't know how many times something is missing in each order, I'm tired of having to go back and back for a sauce, for some chips, in this McDonalds in South Perth their employees are not careful enough to verify the orders, please train your employees better, hire qualified people, it is not very difficult to verify if an order is complete. It is disappointment McDonald's.
Your food and delivery is getting worse and worse.nnNearly every order is missing an item, is cold, doesn't have sauce, or napkins, straw, or happy meal toy.nI had an iced latte tonight with no coffee in it, that I had to put in my own instant coffeennI've ended up going to the other Maccas store because their quality of food i& delivery is betternnI don't want the refunds I get from Uber because delivery takes an hour, when I live 10 minutes down the road, I just want the order correct and hot upon arrival please
