Cheating customers by giving them tiny pieces. This was the size of our chicken in the 3-piece meal. Literally the size of a wicked wing.nnMake sure you always check your order if getting drive through/take away as otherwise you’ll find this happening to you coz they know people don’t check.nnHave submitted a complaint. Let’s see if they actually respond to make things right.nn*They responded and offered a free 3-piece meal. Good on you KFC but please get it right the first time next time.
very terrible service had to get my boneless chicken replaced 3 times for being too cold. lady at the front has the guts to tell me i’m in the wrong and that it’s all from the oven even though i had to explain to her multiple times that it is cold. after getting her manager finally got a hot replacement. maybe hire people with basic comprehension skills and know how to speak to customers
Had a great experience at this KFC branch. Staff member Cheriy was exceptionally friendly and made sure everything was perfect with my order. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Really impressed with the service – will definitely come again!
I placed an online order for wicked wings order 1161 on Saturday 22/06 around at 5:26nPM. When I went to pick it up, the chicken was soggy excessively oily and uncooked. It tasted terrible. I lodged a complaint online, but I haven't received any response. This has been a very disappointing experience.
Our local KFC is a regular lunch spot for me and the office. The food’s always hot, and we never wait long, which is great. It’s clearly a busy place. The staff member who served us was super friendly and welcoming. Really appreciate the good service – well done to the team!
