Our local KFC is a regular lunch spot for me and the office. The food’s always hot, and we never wait long, which is great. It’s clearly a busy place. The staff member who served us was super friendly and welcoming. Really appreciate the good service – well done to the team!
I placed an online order for wicked wings order 1161 on Saturday 22/06 around at 5:26nPM. When I went to pick it up, the chicken was soggy excessively oily and uncooked. It tasted terrible. I lodged a complaint online, but I haven't received any response. This has been a very disappointing experience.
I often choose this place because it's conveniently close to my house. However, each time I visit, I end up regretting it. Despite ordering through the app and indicating that I'm in the queue before leaving home, I still have to wait for over 20 minutes for my food, I'm always instructed to park and wait. Even when I decide to walk in, I encounter the same problem: long waits and tables so dirty you’d think covid started here. It's crazy, especially when there are hardly any customers inside or going through the drive-thru. Yet, here I am, sitting outside, waiting while the place remains empty.
30minute wait at 9pm on a Thursday night. Staff ended up forgetting to give us our Pexi Max and we didn’t realise until we got home. Also ended up with an original burger instead of a zinger burger.
Had to wait to order as no one serving.nOnly one person making meals up right at back of kitchen area, then all of a sudden 3 other staff appears.nRude service with no hello, no smile, no thank ypu enjoy ypur meal - nothing.nFood was OK.nToilet was dirty and air /hand dryer didn't work
