Parking area need some work and lighting could be improved. Felt like i was in Indoor, nothing to comment as I didn't go in. Drive thru was fine, but... the way the items rung up ended up costing as much as it would with the 25% discount we had off. I told the girl why she had not just bundled the chicken pieces into a package, she explained they had just gone thru a dinner rush and just didn't think. I explained that it was fine but just to note so she doesn't run into someone who isn't as understanding. Chicken was good tho.
2nd Jan 2025. I ordered a box meal with a quarter chicken wing. I got a leg. I also ordered a Flayva wrap combo large. The chips were over cooked & cold. The wrap was also cold. I also ordered 10 cheesy nuggets. Didn't even get these. So they ripped me off $10.50 on the nuggets. I walked in & they gave me my order in a paper bag. I should have checked the order before I left. Last time I'll ever buy from Red Rooster. I rang & complained - they offered nothing but an apology. Red Rooster never again
****12 months later***nWhat is wrong with this place that thwe y won't read customer reviews or fix anything. So today I ordered a tropicana pack and my piece of chicken was the same size as the pineapple ring!! How is that possible, surely this this is illegal chicken size???? See photos attachednnWhy repeatedly does this store never maintain the tree branches hanging over the drive thru??? Maybe an insurance claim sent to Red Rooster for all the scratches my car is getting might kick them in the butt to fix this issue. It's been like this now since mid 2021 and just getting worse. It must be time to take my money elsewhere.
Used drive-thru, very quick service, food was some of the best from Red Rooster I’ve had for a long time.
Delicious chicken and the staff is so friendly and professional, I feel they are really making an effort to give great customer service. The people working the drive through are always so thoughtful and professional, can't fault this place at all.
