Beautiful accommodation. Very clean quite and had everything we needed. It is close to all the spots we wished to visit nothing was more then 25 min drive away from papillon. Will be back for sure.
What an amazing find! I loved every minute of my nine nights here, and I suspect you will too if you decide to stay.nnLocation: Papillon Villas are just 2 km from Coolum Beach. It's an easy 10-minute walk, and just 3 minutes by car. We've stayed in Coolum Beach before, but I prefer the quieter location - so if you want a more relaxed/quiet time, I'd recommend avoiding the high-rise options in Coolum from experience, they're very noisy. Papillon is set back from the main road and the apartments are in the treetops. You can barely hear the road over the rustling leaves and ocean. Barely saw any neighbours, and certainly didn't hear them.nnComfort/cleanliness: The apartment was spotless, and the beds/furniture are of excellent quality. The layout was amazing. Our apartment had two balconies with plenty of room for meals at an 8 place table or relaxing on outdoor sofas. The master bedroom's doors open up onto a huge balcony, perfect for a late-night, child-free escape. The bedroom has a spa and a TV. If there was a bar fridge in the room, I might have stayed there most of the time! There is a great little pool for the complex that we had to ourselves most days.nnView: Both balconies have great sea views that you can share with friendly kookaburras and butcherbirds.nnOther nice touches: In our apartment, there were games for the kids, three TV areas two huge dining tables and plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and the wifi was fast and free.nnThe managers, Pete and Leigh could not be more helpful or accommodating. We had a small issue on the first day that wasn't their fault, but they sorted it quickly for us and went well beyond our expectations to make sure our stay was perfect.nnYou'll see from my other reviews that I'm not backward in highlighting any issues/problems, but I really enjoyed my stay and felt that Papillon Villas was great value for money.nnI'd give six stars if I could.
Great resort-style place for a couple of night's stay. Close location to beach and quite surrounding area. Spacious rooms and comfortable setting. Would recommend.
Neat and clean, not really walking distance to Coolum though unless you are fit! Would def stay again!
Spacious and airy unit - with spectacular views and very well-stocked kitchen.
