Had a great experience with Dr Ray and his team. The receptionist was very helpful and i found her to be very friendly. Being a medical practice a mask was used, however whilst there, I found the anti mask and anti vax clientele to be extremely aggressive to the receptionist, hence the previous negative reviews. Top service and care, can't fault.
Fine example of good gone bad!!! I find the receptionist cold and uncaring, all the good doctors are booked out and the leftovers incompetent and needing second opinions. The fact they have introduced mixed billing but don’t bulk bill existing clients as others do is a massive downfall… But most of all when I needed to contact the office to enquire about an appointment I had, almost 45mins of trying after opening hours to get a voice message saying I have called outside of business hours was the icing on the cake to take my family elsewhere.
Best medical practice I've been to! Dr Rey and Dr Cameron are absolute legends! Highly intelligent check out their medical bios on the practice website and very caring. They are so humble given their extensive experience and academic qualifications and show genuine concern and interest. You are never made to feel silly about any question, nor do they rush you. I met a couple of other doctors there and they were also lovely and caring. One of them even called to see how my baby was going after I came there to get his eye checked a while back. The nurses there are also lovely! This practice is very professional and that's why they are always jam packed for appointments, I.e., they are very popular a testing to their fantastic service.
The receptionist here has the coldest most unfriendly manor with patients that as someone who has worked in medical reception for years, I was taken aback. She is consistently this way towards people including other particular staff members that she clearly doesn’t like .Shocking and unfortunate as other doctors and staff are otherwise friendly and helpful.
This is an amazing, well organised and well run medical practice. I have been seeing the same doctor here for the past 6 years.
Excellent experience for my first time visiting. Reception staff were very friendly. Didn't wait very long. Doctor Jones was very helpful and good with the kids. She took the time to listen and explained her prognosis well. I felt comfortable with the diagnosis. She said if symptoms get worse to come back and she notified another doctor of the issue in case she was not available. Really good service! Thank you!
Doctors refused to see me with an swollen infected ear because I did not wear a mask because I had a exemption. Disgraceful, disgusting and rude staff.
I have 3 years old son and it was always difficult to take him to any medical practice. All doctors in this clinic are very kids friendly that you can't imagine. They are highly experienced and supremely talented. Most importantly they listen to the worried parents quite well. I highly recommend this medical practice for all age groups especially for kids.
I visited this medical practice and was extremely happy with my service. I felt that Dr. Ng and his staff were very professional but also friendly in their advice. I was happy with the services I received there and would definitely recommend them for anyone. They dealt with a range of customers and treated everyone equally which I was really surprised with. Some of their clients I would not have had the patience to deal with but they handled professionally and politely without a problem. Great team! Thanks very much again.
I have called this practice twice now in an attempt to see a doctor. I have no idea what the doctors are like there because I wasn't able to get past the same rude, unhelpful to the point of obnoxious receptionist who answered the phone on both occasions. Willing to offer no information or assistance at all. Shame, because I was told the doctors here are excellent, but sadly let down by the poor standard of receptionist. I certainly won't be recommending this surgery, not that I had the chance to even see a doctor. Zero stars from me.
