The staff at this clinic are so helpful especially Emily. Dr Craig Nurcombe is a great GP — attentive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I felt listened to, and all my questions were answered clearly. Highly recommended.
I'm very grateful to this clinic. My baby was unwell. The helpful Receptionist got him an appointment within the hour....when the dr heard him unconsolibly crying she saw him first so we didn't have to wait too long.. I am very grateful for the service thank you very much!
I have been patient at the Capalaba Medical Centre for many years.Even my change of address to different suburbs in Brisbane over the years, I have continued to travel to my GP at this centre.nI have nothing but praise to all the staff that have been helpful, courteous & friendly. I recently returned to Capalaba Medical Centre after two years and was pleasantly surprised. The clinic looks bright, spacious, and very clean. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly, making check-in easy. Dr. Cooper, as always, was fantastic – friendly, down-to-earth, and very attentive. She really takes the time to listen, which makes a big difference. Overall, a very positive experience.
First visit as a patient to Capalaba Medical Centre and honestly it was one of the most positive experiences we’ve had visiting a GP. From the moment we walked in to a full waiting room, I thought we would be waiting for our appointment. But the doctors all looked to be on time, ours certainly was. And the receptionists were all friendly and very efficient. The doctor we seen was also friendly and super thorough and even bulk billed us on our first visit when we expected to pay. We have a normal GP but this practice is closer to home and potentially our new regular practice, we were so impressed. Well done Capalaba Medical Centre.
