I've been going to this medical center for over a decade now and keep returning here even after I moved out of the local area. The reason is amazing Dr Alyson Plint. I don't mind to travel over 80 km for my appointment and sometimes deal with unpleasant receptionist because I know that at the end I will get the best service and care from my doctor. And it feels good to be treated with professionalism and care, you don't see this much around lately. Thank you Doc Alyson, you're my Dr Quinn,Medicine woman!

I've had some great service here and there are some good doctors and nurses hence the 4 stars, but the layout of the front reception area is very badly designed. A team of receptionists sit behind a very high counter; you look down at them as they serve you. When you take a seat, all you see from the waiting area are the tops of their heads. Its not even at their eye level; they have to partially stand or crane their necks to look out to the waiting room. It is very user unfriendly. The waiting area should be visible to the staff at the reception desk, to monitor the patients/keep an eye on how things are flowing or pick out anyone seen sitting there for an inordinate amount of time perhaps?

My daughter (19) required urgent intervention with her mirena IUD. She has seen a gynecologist who said it was fine in July. Well today with fever, painful symptoms after incompetent service at the hospital yesterday she was in a bad way. Dr David Dowling who is our GP for 20+ years is amazing in so many ways,spoke to Dr Luke Katahanas who specializes in mirena/IUD. He was professional and explained step by step. He made my daughter totally comfortable during the procedure. An exceptional Dr with exceptional results. Don't go anywhere else for this problem as Dr Katahanas will do it right and get you well. Thanks so very much for taking on our emergency on this public holiday we really appreciate it.

They are alright but make sure you go to the right doctor. Check their attendance as well. Dr. Fitzgerald is one of the best one there, shes calm and caring. Caring is the word, i would pay extra if all of them has the care factor.
