Came for a 10 o’clock appointment last week and didn’t get in until exactly an hour later. I understand it’s a doctors office and things happen but they even have a sign that says appointments are 10 minutes long. And only one girl was in front of me...the receptionist could hardly understand me. I could hardly understand the doctor. She was ok, did what I came in to have done but there was no rapport. Didn’t even introduce herself. Back again this week for results and the receptionist was extremely rude. Doctor was good. Got in after 20 minutes which is really good compared to last week.

I made the first appointment for the day (8:30am), as I had to get to work. My appointment was only going to take a max of 3min as all I needed was a script. I arrived to the clinic at 8:25am. As I arrived, a young family walked in (without an appointment) to have some passport paperwork completed. To my dismay, they were ushered in to see the Doctor before me. I waited 28min past my appointment time to see the Dr for a 3min appointment. Not once did anyone apologise for the waiting time. I'm absolutely disgusted. This clinic needs to review it's procedures and increase their customer service standards. I won't be back.

I have been to Other bulk billing doctors but found Capalaba the best. If not for this doctor at Capalaba I will be ashes by now. Very friendly and knows her work in depth. I had very bad cough and been to many doctors and all doctors only prescribed tablets. My doctor in Capalaba had a good vision and now I am healthy and back at work serving the community.

I took my son here and they helped me out a lot to get him better quickly , only thing i did not like was no phones, work doesn't stop because your sitting in a waiting room. clean and behind on time.

I will NOT go back to this clinic again!!!!! I had my implanon inserted on 12th of October. Two months later I decided to removed my implanon because I'm having too much bleeding. So, I had an appointment for removal of my implanon. When I saw her she said she can't removed it on that day because she's not feeling well. She had sinusitis. She asked me to go back the following week when she's feeling better. She recommended to see other Dr. on the same clinic, since I really want it to be remove. The following day this other Dr. refused to removed my implanon. Week after, I had appointment again, this time to my GP. But she refused AGAIN! Her reason was she had sore arms and can't do anything to remove my implanon. She better stayed at home than refusing the people who needs her service😡 And I decided to see other GP!
