Good clean practice. Doesn’t bulk bull but isn’t expensive and there’s no wait when you get in. The staff are friendly and the doctor was good.
The staff and doctors are excellent here. They really care about your wellbeing and follow up when they say they will. I've been coming here for many years and I actually drive by other clinics to come to this one. I can't recommend them highly enough.
I have been going to Alexandra Hills Smart Clinics for 10 years now and I would ever go anywhere else. The ladies at reception are so gentle and kind and my doctor feels like family to me. Whoever did the recent refurbishments is amazing and should be congratulated. Oh and, the appointment are never late! You guys are one of the reasons I decided not to sell my house recently. My name is Madonna, & I am a Clinical Nurse. I actually live on the Northside, but my partner lives in Alexandra Hills. Earlier this year, I needed to visit a GP on 2 occasions, & my partner suggested that I visit the Smart Clinic @ Alexandra Hills, as he was very impressed with the professional Dr’s working at this clinic. I have to admit that I was slightly hesitant to visit a new GP, as I have had my own regular GP for over 20+ years now. However, the moment that I met Dr Michael Allen, I felt immediately at ease, & I left my appointment feeling completely confident that I had received a very thorough medical assessment, by a Dr that had genuiely listened to me! And, let’s face it, we all want & need that from our Dr! I have since re-visited Dr Allen on one other occasion, & would happily recommend him to any of my nursing colleagues, family & friends. Dr Allen has an extremely caring nature, & I am very happy to now call him my GP! The registered nurse working at the clinic, was also very professional, knowledgeable & genuinely caring in her approach towards me as her patient. Lastly, the receptionists have been very approachable, & accomodating to me, by always scheduling an appointment that suits my life! The Smart Clinic @ Alexandra Hills gets 5 stars from me! I love this surgery. I have been going there for years and I have always been treated with smiles and respect. The doctors there listen to what you have to say and follow it through accordingly.
Reception staff are lovely and helpful. My family have had good experiences with Dr Banovic who we’ve found to be very thorough with anything we’ve popped in for.
My experience at the Smart Clinic at Alexandra Hills was a very pleasant experience.Everyone was very pleasant and helpful and made me feel very safe through the procedure Thank You.
I could choose the time of my appointment. I didn’t have to wait at all the staff were efficient and caring and I was home again very soon.
Good service, doctors have time for you and dont rush you. Easy to book appoinments anytime online.
