Great experience, straight to the point, Dennis our site manager was polite and courteous, always returned our calls and got back to us immediately.  Trent has been fantastic with the after service requirements.  Ziggy our tiler was courteous and professional.  Love our spa and pool as do our family and friends.  Thanks heaps Bill and Marcela
