Dr Yesha Thakar is an exceptional dentist that my wife and I have seen several times, and we both are extremely happy to be in her care. Dr Yesha is friendly, professional and passionate about her profession. She takes the time to explain things clearly and gives the best cleans I have ever had - by far. If you are looking for outstanding dental care from a total pro, you will not be disappointed. The staff at Pacific Smiles are friendly and service oriented, and their prices are very competitive - if you have a private healthcare fund of any kind the 6 month checks and clean are free. : 10/10
I had a great experience with Dr Y Thakar on wed 31st and her colleague Isobel I think her name was. I had waited 2 -3 years to even get myself to the dentist just to take my wisdom tooth out and when I finally got myself to the dentist they made me feel comfortable and were very calm and collected I Definitely recommend these guys for sure very professional feel so much better after my experience with them
If you are considering make an appointment for your kids, avoid Dr Michael Lau if you can. He did the regular check and cleaning for my kids. He was inpatient, borderline rude, with my kids. He seems either not happy of taking kid cases, or does not know how to interact with kids. He made me very uncomfortable most times during the session. And he was browsing shopping information on the computer while we are still in the same room waiting for the next session for my other child. It is absolutely his rights of doing what he wants between sessions, although it did make me feel it was an unprofessional conduct of doing such in front of a waiting client in the same room. My family has been a client for this clinic for three years, but will not use it anymore. Thank god that Dr M Lau is not the only dentist in Point Cook.
What a magnifcent duo - Dr Pooja and Sylvia. Thank you for making my visit so incredibly comfortable and assuring along with providing such a quality and affordable service. It's people like you that build the brand and generate repeat business. Keep up the amazing work and top marks - highly recommend!
Amazing Experience with Dr M Chopra. Cannot thank her enough. Going to dentist is the hardest thing for me since my first and last root canal 20 years ago. Dr Chopra is very gentle through out the procedure. She understand my jaw's locking issue and very supportive through out the procedure. Now I think I can slowly get rid of my dentist phobia. She is very clear with what need to be done, things explained clearly and only do the procedure that she thinks will benefit the patient. Very professional! Love to see her again soon.
Dr Yesha is the best dentist I've ever been to in my entire life. Receptionist and support staff are lovely, would highly recommend.
I had a terrible experience in regards to ordering retainers at the clinic. I lost my retainers so I went in to the clinic to get my mould impressions. They said that it would take around 2 weeks time to get the retainers made . I am very aware that teeth move really quickly so I was starting to get worried when it was passed 2 weeks and I hadn’t received my retainers. I contacted the clinic a few times and they mentioned the manager will call me back and they didn’t. After some time a voice message was left on my phone saying there has been a delay in the delivery. I waited again and after more than a month I received a call saying they they need me to come in again and get the moulds done! At this point it had been more than a month and I was noticing my teeth moving . I went in to the clinic to discuss . They said that there had been a problem in the delivery and the mould that was sent to them was not accepted. So they did not take the mould properly and the delivery was shocking . They wanted me to take the mould again and send it back again with no reassurance that the retainers will come back in time. This was a shocking and horrible experience and no professionalism in their service was shown. If they are unable to deliver retainers on time then they should not be offering this service. Having gone through braces which is an expensive and lengthy process, it is disappointing that the effects of my braces were undone due to their incompetence. I did get a refund but what is the point of that after the damage to my teeth has been done. I went to another clinic and they took only 4 days to get my retainers made. I don’t no recommend anyone to get their retainers from Pacific smiles .
I went to dentist for a small refill as I have done small filling long back 8 years ago.. some times I used to feel diff so I went to Replace The filling and just refilled in a minute .. -after new fill teeth is sensitive and charged around 350$. I thought it will take few weeks to settle when I called receiption they said they recheck the filling for free but they rechecked and applied some gum.. if not solved may be refilling. Is required.. but they charged 125$. Looks like filling is not done properly not sure they have good dentist … now 2 months still my teeth is sensitive .. worst experience
Would not recommend this clinic. Before you make a decision I would definitely recommend your read some of the other reviews I wish I had done so.
