Great service. Dentist was really thorough and also took the time to focus on education around preventative care where she could see there may have been issues. Highly recommended.

This is a BUPA Member's First provider and supposed to charge as per BUPA rates. They charged me $32 extra for a filling on top of Bupa's rates and the receptionist was unwilling to do anything about it in the first instance. I clarified with BUPA and then finally the Surgery offered me refund for $32. She blamed it on computer glitch, but it seems unlikely as my other fillings with exact same item number was actually charged as per BUPA rates. I was offered no apology for the amount of time I had to spend in getting my refund. Makes me wonder how many other people have been ripped off in the past.

Very good with children. My 7yo son had an extraction on Wed, despite being very nervous it was a quick and easy procedure. Highly recommend for children and straight shooting dental advice..
