Absolutely horrific. I went for a check up and required a periodontal deep clean. I've had this procedure previously at different clinics and while it is has never been an entirely comfortable procedure, never before have I experienced so much pain. The hygienist was beyond rough, and went so fast during the examination that the dental assistant could not keep up. She also did not allow sufficient time for the numbing gel to work before injecting the nerve blockers and commenced work before the blockers had taken full effect. I was literally in tears and crying out in pain throughout most of the procedure. The hygienist was patronising, uncaring and more interested in getting in as many patients as possible. I felt like I was in a sausage factory, just the next in line with no consideration or care to my actual experience. In this day and age, with all the modern tools and pain relief available, there is absolutely no reason for any patient to experience such extreme discomfort during a dental treatment. I have subsequently cancelled all my appointments with this clinic and written a letter of complaint to the management. I strongly discourage anyone from attending this clinic.

Was having issue with one of tooth. Kristina was amazing and will help me out. Kristina explained everything to me in straight forward English. I have been to the dentist for a long time because i used to hate them but no kristina. I will be taking all the dentist work to kristina. I would highly recommend here.

I have a severe phobia of needles and the dentist. Kristina is the only one I will ever go see ever again. She is reassuring and absolutely amazing with helping me cope with my fears. Thanks so much for everything.

When here for a check up and clean and was super impressed. Nice modern facilities and really friendly, professional team. bravo!
