Extremely impressed by Dr Wilfred Koon's knowledge, professionalism and most importantly his kind heart and sensitive nature. It all adds up to making him a superb choice for dentistry work - especially when dealing with complex dental issues that are profoundly personal and challenging. Absolutely fantastic. I cant speak highly enough of Dr Wilfred Koon and all his staff. They are very friendly, yet professional and are exceptional at the service they provide. I had not been to dentist for over 7 years due to a bad experience where my former dentist used to yell at me and chastise me as I suffered anxiety attacks at the dentist and I had a adverse reaction to the local anesthetic. My teeth were in poor condition and I was extremely embarrassed at my first visit here, trying not to smile too much as I was very conscious of my teeth. There was no judgement or expressions of dislike from any of the staff. Dr Wilfred ensures he makes you feel special, comfortable and is very honest and straightforward with a great sense of humor. Since my first visit I have had all teeth removed under GA with new dentures and I could not be happier. I am now smiling all the time and in my opinion it is the best money I have ever spent. This practice is a credit to their profession

Shattering Illusions - I had years and years of built up predjudices against dentistry. Another tooth infection saw me make a reluctant visit to several dentists nearer home, but none of them wanted to follow through with a general anaesthetic, until I was referred to Point Dental. Here, my huge phobia, was welcomed into the Clinic just as warmly as me.
Over the last few visits (a huge journey for me) I have been transformed from a person who didn't smile much to a beaming member of society again. 
I am ever grateful for the care of the Dental Surgeon Dr Koon, the anaesthetists, nurses and clinic staff who all work together to make the experience a very different one, from beginning to end, the no-pain way. Thank you all.

Thank you to The Point Dental and your amazing All on 4!
I used to have really bad teeth and I hadn't seen a dentist in years because of my debilitating fear towards dentists. I found myself with extremely low self-esteem and I never wanted to smile because it would mean showing my teeth. 

I got so sick of my teeth that I decided I wanted change. I did a lot of research because I wanted to go to a clinic that is good with patients with dental phobia. I came across The Point Dental and I instantly knew this is the clinic I have to go. I knew if Dr Koon can’t help me, no one can. Even then it took me sometime to have the courage to make the phone call.

This dental clinic really impresses me. They were so helpful in answering all my questions. They knew how scared I was and really spent a lot of time on me.  They understood my situation completely and they did not want to push me into making a decision on correcting for my teeth. It was the first time that I felt I wasn’t being judged by someone. 

I ended up having All on 4 treatment completed by Dr Koon. Everything was done within three days. This was an absolutely turning point in my life and I have to thank these professionals from the bottom of my heart. This dental care has given me more confidence, it allows me to smile in public now and I feel like putting myself out there. 

I wanted to reach out and thank each and every one of the professionals working at this dental clinic for improving my life completely.

We took our 6 year old whose teeth are very well maintained for general once a year check and clean with apply fluoride, did not take a quote and just went thinking all the good reviews here,  got charged $270. By any rate this is very high charge for a 6 year old healthy teeth. Most places this will be less than half of $283.50. The example says a lot on the dentist ethical treatment rates.
