Best customer service is needed when things don't go according to plan. Sometimes life happens and even the best can't avoid issues. This is the case for me when my fillings didn't go according to plan. I had to visit 3 times to get it all fixed. Everyone handled the situation very pleasantly. Owned up to the issue. Did their best to accommodate me in ASAP. That's good customer service when it is needed the most.

All of the dentists at Williams Landing Dental Clinic are wonderful! Such a caring family oriented clinic. I'm so relaxed knowing that I'll be well taken care of here.

Today was my very first visit to Williams Landing Dentist. I must say l'm very impressed by the professionalism. Dr Mary Nguyen (Phan) was very thorough & explained everything to me. She is very kind, gentle & such a lovely dentist, as was her dentist assistant. The reception staff was very friendly, helpful & this made my visit, so much more relaxed. The Dental Clinic is spotless. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for an excellent dentist. They are so good l will be definitely be going back. Keep up the fantastic work. Very helpful and friendly environment. Made it absolutly friendly, safe and educational for my girls. Now my girls can't stop smiling and telling there friends about there experience seeing the dentist.
