"My offering is unique in many ways: firstly the location is second to none. There really is no better place to go on a kayaking tour in Sydney. The photos say it all - magnificent views of the city, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. It is also amazingly peaceful, hardly see a boat, and far less choppy than other places. Secondly, I am the only tour guide who has a real background in paddling, having competed for many years. I’m also not just a guide, I’m an instructor. I’ve paddled for a long time and I’m passionate about helping others get the most out of paddling by learning correct technique. Thirdly, my equipment is the best in Sydney. No other operator uses such light equipment which means we go further with less effort."

One of the best kayaking experience I ever had, hands down. Definitely the highlight of my Sydney trip. Can feel the passion that Sophie has for kayaking and she is super knowledgeable too. We were lucky enough to kayak alongside with a huge cruise. Did I also mention that Sophie takes amazing photos so that you can remember this moment : Highly recommend to everyone!
What a way to start the day! Our sunrise Sydney Harbour kayak tour was exceptional from beginning to end. Sophie gave us clear and simple instructions prior to getting into our kayaks great for first time paddlers, told us about the history of the area as we passed different landmarks and happily took countless photos which she later shared with us at no additional cost. If you're considering a kayak tour then I highly recommend OzPaddle. Thanks again Sophie!
It was a great experience!!! I went for a private class with 3 more friends and it has been awesome! Totally recommended, great views. Sophie made looooots of pictures. She takes you next to the botanical gardens, around the opera house... Just great! For real, don't doubt it, just book it!
Had such an amazing sunrise experience here with friends. Sophie is such an awesome instructor with all the energy you need for the early start NO COFFEE REQUIRED! Amazing access to the harbour and opera house. Could not recommmend this highly enough for locals and tourists alike. You won’t regret it
Awesome experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND and Sophie is a gorgeous human -excellent teaching skills and sharing local knowledge and history of this magnificent city and harbour . Sophie you have a gift , I had a wonderful morning . Couldn’t stop smiling . Ps Sophie takes beautiful photos of the experience too so don’t stress about not taking a camera .
Thanks to Soph for the fantastic kayak tour around the Sydney Harbour and past the Opera House. Soph has such a warm and positive personality. She was incredibly accommodating and she helped us schedule a day with great weather and calm conditions. Now our group has memories that will last a lifetime! Highly recommend.
Amazing experience! Was able to see Sydney harbor from a new view. Was not far too kayak, less than 3 miles in total. Sophie was very knowledgeable and took amazing photos which were apart of the fee. For the experience and photos, nothing beats it. Great value!
Sophie is truly an amazing human being and wonderful guide and instructor. We recently brought our father home to scatter his ashes in Sydney where he was from, and wanted to take the same kayak trip he took with two of other brothers in previous years. Sophie accommodated us, and it was like a mini reunion for two of our siblings. The weather was perfect and similar to the time our father did the same paddle. It was like it was meant to be, and he was with us along the way. Sophie has an amazing little location to launch from, and has great sit in tops, paddles, life jackets, and her tutorial before you get on the water is perfect! She definitely is a superstar, and I would highly recommend this kayak paddle, and I know we will be back to see her in the future! Go make some memories of your own with this guide
The very best kayak tour I have ever done! How amazing to be right on the crystal clear protected waters of Sydney Harbour! And to paddle around the first corner to be so close to the iconic Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge! Mindblowing experience. And so wonderful to get a unique perspective of these world famous landmarks. Easy paddle with expert guidance from Sophie. She is very passionate about kayaking and about Sydney and takes the most amazing photos that she gives you at no charge! Must do tour for any visitor to Sydney! Go with the best - Sophie at Oz Paddle!!
